REMOTE OPTIONS
The Alliance Shield allows users to securely control their device(s) with useful remote features. Users are able to login with their Shield account and use the features outlined below. If you are having problems with your device and Shield is installed, the Alliance Support team might be able to help. However, depending on the severity of the issue, there may be a service charge. If you are unable to fix the issue on your own and need assistance, join our discord using the link below and open a support ticket.
Be careful and use caution with remote features. Ensure that your account & password are secure. If your account becomes compromised, your device could be controlled with malicious intent. Android Alliance is not responsible should said scenario occurs, or if by using Shield and/or its remote features your device becomes bricked or inoperable for any reason. Use at your own risk.
