Disable Again

Wanna disable again? The Device Owner method is now live for open beta on the Play Store.

WARNING: You will not be able to use Samsung Secure Folder or SmartSwitch Backup after setting device owner.

To join open beta:
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Find Alliance Shield and Rate us 5 stars before joining beta (please). Then go to the app detail page.
3. Scroll down until you see beta information.
4. Tap Join to Join. Might take a moment to add you to the program.

After joining beta on the Play Store, you should have an update available to you. To setup the Device Owner method without having to factory reset, you need a PC and ADB. This requires you to remove all accounts from your phone. You can add them back after the setup. After removing all of the accounts from the phone, set the device owner with adb.
