First to say for the shield you need 3 more posts here (at least 5).
But the shield will say if you've not enough posts for login. What's the exact msg you get?

Cannot see your login try in the logs. So far there was no connection to our servers. Maybe sth. is blocking it, maybe the firewall?pong wrote:7360 It doesnt mention the minimum post requirements.. maybe that is odd?

So i uninstalled and reinstalled but still get the same error. I checked the firewall and ive attached a screenshot of what is trying to access my phone. I do not believe this is the Shield trying to get access.. please let me know what you think because Im thinking it is Samsung based on some of those file names.. or maybe i am just paranoid but i do not want to grant access..beowulf381 wrote:7362Cannot see your login try in the logs. Have the same fw, and YES this is all silly stuff from samsung. But theres Knox inside, for me to work with the shield it was necessary to temp. disable the firewall or allow all of this sh*t.
