Hello, I tried installing the shield numerous times via the v3 method and then when that didnt work i factory reset my phone and didnt log into any accounts and everytime i try to turn the shield on it says "setup not complete. this method needs to be setup via a computer or on a new device"

Did you read the instructions and watch the video?

There are two ways to setup the v3 method. Which way did you decide to do?
