Well it is back to the drawing board as I’ve uninstalled/installed the software, logged out/logged in & even ran with different versions of the software – still came up with the same results – “license terminated”

There are just too many people starting to have the same problem. This process should be re-thought. To say you tested this on a Galaxy S7 is mixing apples & oranges as Note 7 has the problem not the S7. Who knows how many times unknown changes could have been put on Note 7 without us knowing about it.

As far as “license terminated”. Whose license? Where & why is this error code generated? Does the phone need to be rooted? Please respond asap as I have an update lingering on my phone & feel it will turn into a force update soon.

I do appreciate your effort into saving our Note 7 & feel you will resolve on this growing problem. Thanks
