I just bought a cracked and dead Note7 and realized only after that it was probably dead because of the no charge update.. is there anyway to undo the update on a dead phone or is it a goner?

We are trying to find a fix we will announce a fix when we find it! As of now there has been no success at updating the firmware back to 100%

Hi ItsJames, What happens when you connect to an external power supply as that external supply should support operation of the Note 7 over an umbilical.
If it doesn't, then I'll have to rethink one of my remedies - however I don't want to go to 0% at this
