I'm already back to 100% battery and running the Alliance shield but after flashing back to stock I lost Wi-Fi calling and the ability to see when an SMS text was read. I believe these features came with the last update before the 60% battery kill update.
I have looked around to see what update version that was but no luck. I really would like these features back please help.
Want Wi-Fi Calling and SMS read/unread status back a

That's weird, I flashed mine back to stock after the 60% update and now back to 100% and I have wifi calling. I think you have to turn it on...let me check where you do that.

Yup found it. Go to the phone like you're dialing someone then go to settings at the top right and turn it on. Pic attached.

What did you do when you flashed it @zeno163420? And @catwoman isn't apk1 the 60% baseband?

@zeno163420 do you see how your baseband and build number do not match? I think something is up with That.

@kurtis.barbeau & @Catwoman I used these instructions https://forum.xda-developers.com/att-no ... x-t3498438 and followed the instructions perfectly.
I did this before finding the Alliance so I know its not the same method but it worked so I was happy. But I lost the wi-fi calling and the ability to see if a text was read or unread. Should I redo the process all over again with the method from the Alliance?? What should I do??

You should reflash your phone again and follow this method with the right firmware. This is the way I did mine and works perfectly.zeno163420 wrote:@kurtis.barbeau & @Catwoman I used these instructions https://forum.xda-developers.com/att-no ... x-t3498438 and followed the instructions perfectly.

@zeno163420 I found that before i found this place as well. I only flashed the AP file like that thread says to do. It gave me an infinite "Google framework not working" pop ups, had to hard reset anyway. So the point of flashing only the AP file was wasted, as it was to save my data. My suggestion would be to back up your data. Hard reset it so you wipe out all of the bugs that may be have happened. Make sure you have the sheild set up and ready to copy over from you computer to your phone.

Info on that in that link. Follow those instructions. Then set up developer mode and turn on usb debugging when your phone restarts. I suppose you can reset and reflash all while off line.
Then I would follow these instructions to reflash you phone in odin.

That worked for me. Got my Wi-Fi calling back, was able to send .gif messages again. Was able to use Samsung apps again.... etc. If there is any questions, feel free to ask before you start this. We got your back. @jimmy.mendoza was right about reflashing, following that link. But I specifically went through the same thread and same troubles as you. So this is what i did and got me back to a fresh phone. And everything worked perfectly.
