Hi there, I'm new here and came from germany, so sorry for my english, I will try to tell about my problem exactly as I can. I didn't made a Backup of my EFS (IMEI), and now it's lost and I have a big problem :( It happened when I was flashing a new rom called "DR Kethan m3" over twrp recovery. So now my IMEI status is "unknown" and I cannot use any sim cards with my note7. Maybe someone is so good and can help me out.

Try reflashing it to a stock rom.

Use the phe update to restore battery and go through that, im pretty sure you would input some type of tar or md5 into the cp section and flash, restoring your folder with the information you lost. Your phone will update the information automatically. All this assuming when you goto launch your bootloader and press home key when asks you if you want to continue, and it displays valid imei and serial information. If not hope you have your original packaging bc that box has what you're looking for.
