Thanks, but I'm new here and was affected by the recent kill update to my N7. My phone has been on charge for the last two hrs and it's at 2%. Afraid to take it off charge before it shuts down for good. Is there any hope for me?

no resolution yet. They are still looking for a fix. But as of now, keeping it on the charger will only keep it from draining down to 0%. some people are buying those battery cases to use the phone till a fix is found. Phone will still work at 0% as long as it is "charging".
