Today was the day that Sprint was supposed to kill our phones. I installed the shield yesterday and today my phone is still working and no warnings popping up. Is it too late now to try and fix the 60% and bring my phone back to normal. I assume you would have to turn off shield to do this?

No it's not to late. You would need to flash the firmware for your phone and then install the shield afterwards. Here is the checklist for you try start viewforum.php?f=53

You need to make sure you have develops options enabled (tapping baseband 8-9 times I believe, iirc); upon doing so you then need to toggle MTP or the correct USB mode in order to have your phone recognize your phone. We have tutorials for this in Guides & Tutorials section. After rolling back from 60% (which I highly suggest to get the full use of your phone and what it has to offer, dont just settle cause you're scared, we'll help you.) then you can secure yourself with the Shield.Lav10 wrote:6294 I'm having problems with connecting to smart switch with my phone.
