Is your sim card in ? Shielded or any other blocker on ? Is air plane mode on ?

Go to Settings---> System Update---> Download updates automatically---> Make sure knob is to the left in the off position.

enable all packages

Go to your phone and dial:
##72786#

If that doesn't work then go to Settings---> System Update---> Update Profile

restart phone, if you are now connected to data, disable the packages again.

I still have my 4g lte on sprint NY but I'm afraid I will lose this tomorrow smh

You need shielded up spaceghost2020,you'll be fine after that
