Maybe 30 mins ago at least 5 times. I'm not a computer gurue like some I guess. Do I have to put @xxxxxx behind my name ? Thanks

Reset your password by using edit command in your profile. Once you have changed your password successfully logout. Now try logging into Alliance Shield again.

try typing ##UPDATE# if it's a sprint phone.
