Need my password reset please

I changed my password and of course cannot remember it now.
My username is elizabeth.kness. Can my password be reset, since I can't change it without putting in the old password. I have tried to reset it but have not received an email.

I accidentally signed up again with my Facebook account and now I have elizabeth.kness1. This one can be deleted.
