I'm having the same issue of it saying username password are incorrect. I downloaded the 0.5.6 version. It's been about 10 minutes since I've installed it. Should I keep waiting?

Does anyone of you login with facebook to N7Alliance? If so, follow the instructions here:

Otherwise you'll get this error.

For all logins, take care ot capital letters or special characters.

I originally came from Facebook, but then I set up a completely new username and password that linked to my email and not to Facebook

If you are sure using the correct credentials with the shield, try to reset your password here, and after this to logon at shield again.

@beowulf381, I just changed the password for my account. Before when I tried to log into the app with my old password, I'd get a little red circle with a white explanation mark in it and a box popped up on the password line that said "Username/password incorrect". Now when I use the new password to log into the app I get a completely new error message that says, "You have specified an incorrect password. Please check your password and try again. If you continue to have problems please open a ticket to Note7Alliance.com". Any idea what might be causing this?

I had the prerelease version and worked fine..
I upgraded to the 5.6 but now when i attempt to log in it tells me not enough posts...
I do not know what and where should i post things..
I do not want to spam or seem off topics....
Anything i could do?

by the way how many posts i need? do they have to be on a certain topic?

And for the forum login the new password works? Maybe you have to wait some time before you try to login with shield.

The new password works on the site. I think it's odd that the error message was completely different with the new password
