Is the Shield all we need? I see talk of changing IMEI number - Does this need to be done also?
I have SM-N930P Sprint - 100% battery restored (Thank you again Catwoman) and Shield installed and active...

Yes, at the moment the sheild is sufficient. For many carriers. Imei is something us carriers havent messed with yet.
