Hello and thank you again for all the help and suggestions previously.
I look at my Note, I am wondering if I should follow the instructions to remove the scripted package Blocker via a factory reset as stated in the instructions and run only the Shield, or should I let the ADB blocker run alongside the Shield. Only 1 item shows up in the Shield currently, buy the Blocker has beeb doing the job fir me so far.
I saw where Cookie was running this setup, so I would think it is sufficient.

Yes you're fine with both. The shield will not recognize any packages that the other block has disabled

Will the package disabled that protects the phone from being bricked also reverse the battery 60% cap?

@Greg9960200505 No. You will need to revert back using Odin as explained in the how to.

Zebrock is correct. You will not be able to get back to 100% until you flash the firmware. The process is outlined in our tutorials, just follow the checklist.
