Just wanted to say Thank You so much to The Cat Woman for all of your videos. I was searching everywhere for any solution to turning in my phone and i came across your video teaching us how to bring our phones back to 100%. And for the first time in a long time i didn't feel powerless when it came to my phone.

There are those of us that appreciate the technology, but don't have the technical skill to compensate for the updates.
The Vids are a nice touch to counteract that.

I have 3 days before sprint cuts me off. I have been watching videos non stop. First issue I had was my personal pc wouldnt stop freezing and then my work pc kept blocking me from downloading everything needed on the first check list.

Is there anyone on here from T Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon that has received the update from their respective carrier, if so did all of the steps listed here help. Do you still have service? I am on Sprint and have 3 days left before I know my fate!

Hi michele.burke-steinbacher- I am exactly your same situation. I read that there are around 100,000 N7 users still hanging on. I am grateful to have found this community today.
