Thank you sir.. If I do get the shield, do I have to uninstall the Note 7 update blocker first?

So I was one of the 0.3.2 beta testers of the alliance shield but have not yet posted on this forum. It seems to be working great so far. It even eliminated the annoying popup about the 60% update. I was originally hit with the 60% update but flashed the original firmware and got back to 100% with Betty's and the rebels help before they started charging money.
I have many posts on the facebook groups (I think I was among the first 10 members of the other one) but I wanted to
a) officially join this group with the required number of posts (without spamming of course)
b) know if that beta version is sufficient or do I need to update to the latest version to be officially "safer"?
and c) thank everyone here for a great site and the comraderie especially on facebook as we wait for "doomsday" and hopefully beyond...
Cheers,
Jim

Allow installs from unknown sources enabled
Had the previous Note 7 update blocker installed

I am using package disabler, too, but I suggest downloading the Shield to be safe. It won't harm you in any way. Give it a shot!bigrich6787 wrote:Do I need the Alliance Shield if I've already installed the Note 7 update blocker?? I don't have enough posts to get the shield.. Am I good??

I am tenative to run the shield..only because I am still running at 100% battery, no issues. I had auto updates turned off and I later added the s package blocker. I am always worried I will screw up adding something new, but the help and support people give here, I am sure I am fun. I need to dive in!!

I installed the S package blocker, but could not find a single one of the mention packages to block. Anyone else have this problem? And will installing the alliance shield correct the issue
