Hi guys,
I am struggling to remove or disable Knox on "my" A7 Tablet. I (think) have successfully installed Alliance Shield App on it, but each time when I hit on the "prevent" button to turn off the Knox service, I will see a "there was an error" message pops up at the bottom of the screen. I have turned the other six Knox apps/services to RED, except Knox Enrollment Service.
Here is the background story about this A7 tablet. My friend's employer recently partnered with a service provider called "health shield" to offer a complementary health program that is aimed at addressing work-from-home employees' muscle pain issues. He gave it up after a short period because he did not have enough time to follow this "guided" exercise every day. Since each program participant received an Android A7 tablet as the interactive screen, he wanted to return it back, but the service provider agent said "you can keep it". Later my friend realized that the tablet is useless to him. because it is impossible to run anything with that tablet except the pre-loaded app. He gave the tablet to me and said I can do anything with it.
I followed online instructions to install Alliance Shield App. but I cannot deactivate Knox service.
Let me know if there is anything I am missing, or I can try.
Thank you all in advance.

Prevent doesn't work on system apps. You need to setup Device Onwnerkatakana wrote: Fri Apr 01, 2022 3:01 am Hi guys,
