There are zero logins or attempted login for the your username. That means you most likely have a connection problem on your end.

What to do if I can't recover my password . When I try to recover it give mart that the submitted form was invalid try submitted again

I just managed to resolve the problem , seems chrome is the main problem with this error , i used instead firefox , and all worked flawless.
