unlock S7 edge

Hello,

i bought my S7 edge from sprint when i upgrade to the S8 plus, the S7 has not been working for few months, i did call sprint to unlock the phone for international use, they did it but the phone does not work with the italian sim my sister has. Is there any other step i can do to make the phone working with the italian sim?

You may need to download a different Firmware for your phone and try that.
