Where can I download my FW for Note 7

I do have FW N930FXXU1BPH6 Build MMB29K.
Where do I find this FW to reinstall my Note 7 with SideSync from Samsung.
Or is there an other way to get rid of my Problem with getting stuck at 11% downloading FW via OTA.

I do not want to upgrade, just reinstall to get rid of the KNOX Problem.
