Anyone figure out how to get tether to work on their Note7 yet? been looking but no luck... :| :| :| :| :|

What exactly are you trying to do? Use your Note 7 as a mobile hotspot, or connect your Note 7 to another device? Are you currently hotlined? I'll try to help you if you give a little more info on what you're trying to do.

trying to use my note as a mobile hotspot. sprint does not allow this unless you pay a hefty fee. there was work around back in the galaxy s3 and note 2... haven't been able to find anything since then.

I see... I'm on evil Verizon & Straight Talk (swapping sims, hoping for the best!) and it is allowed. I've never had Sprint, so I'm afraid I can't help you here... Sorry!
Hopefully, someone on Sprint will chime in.

There might be something for rooted Note 7s with specific ROMs. Before my Note 7, I used hotspot a lot on Sprint with my rooted E4GT (hacked hotspot came with the ROM). Not sure though with a Sprint Note 7. If there is a way for a hotspot work around, that would be cool!

What updates? There aint none. Other than killers. Sucks they lock you out of hot spot on sprint.

I used SVTP for a while, it worked pretty good. Since Feb it has stopped working. I have an active thread on this but haven't had any replies.

Does anyone know of a workaround with FoxFi, for wireless tether? All I can get with my Sprint Note7 is Bluetooth and wired.
