Love the video, watched it yesterday from a pal's laptop. Great idea. The whole Note 7 catching fire and being recalled before the launch of the iPhone sounds phoney. IPhone still can't compare to the Note 7...

Never thought of it this way before, but I can see why Apple would be involved in this.
Perhaps they forced Samsung to send out an update to a few Note 7s to blow them up in a move that would minimize losses for both companies, but alas, only God knows.
It seems some of history's most innovative technology often faces unexpected calamity, whether it's the Avro Arrow fighter jet, or the Concorde. I feel the N7 is just the same; that's why I'm holding out.
