note 7 will not charge

Long story short, I clicked on the update . my phone will not charge. smart switch does not work.. PLEASE HELP I'm on 9%

Ok.
Download n install samsung usb DRIVER.

Download phe firmware as well as odin v3.10 or any other.
Extract firmware zip

Put ur fone in download mode.
Connect to pc And open odin.
Clik ap,bl,csc and choose each file from extracted firmware and click start.wait till finish and fone will reboot

SO to be clear, Download n install Samsung USB Driver on my PC or directly on my Note 7?
The issue is when I put my Note 7 in Download mode my PC does not reconigize my note 7. my phone will not stay on File transfer, I tried changing the default to MTP and it auto changes back
