In Note4 is option in keyboard which help with emoticons while writing.
If I write "coffe" on keyboard up bar displays "coffe emoticons"
Is similar option in N7 keyboard or not?

Assuming you are using Gboard (Google Keyboard) as your keyboard.
If not, install GBoard (Google Keyboard) from the Playstore.
then, go to Settings - Language and Input - Default Keyboard = English (US) - Gboard
then, Language and Input - under the section "Keyboard & Input Preferences", Select "Gboard" - Select "Preferences" - Select "Show emojis in symbols keyboard" (show recently used emojis in suggestion strip of symbols keyboard" and turn the slider switch ON.
