Did your mobile data ever work using an European sim card?
In Europe GSM standard is used, while VZW uses CDMA and so the devices are designed.
But the 4G (LTE) should work for both, if APN settings are correct.
This way people succesfully quit with VZW and change to T-Mobile US.
Is it possible with your device to add new apn in settings?

you need to get a new sim from Verizon so they can remove the block from your account. you need to borrow someone's phone and tell verizon you are no longer using your note7 and that you need a new sim. once they remove the block from your account then put that sim in your Note7
