Calling @Catwoman. Please view my post XDA DEVELOPER METHOD 4 BLOCKING N7 KILL UPDATE at Galaxy Note | Samsung HQ. That post may offer a better way to block the N7 Kill Update until N7A restores the Shield for N7s.

That is call Debloater. We already have a tutorial for that in our tutorial section. It is not the best method BC it only works for AT&T and Verizon. Does not work on any other carrier.
