Android Alliance

I logged in with my user/password using my mobile phone to download ALLIANCESHIELD0.5.8.4.APK. After I installed alliance shield, I opened it &
it asked for me to log in again. I used the same user/password combination only to be told - user/password incorrect.

Please let me know how this situation can be corrected.

Request a reset for your password. If you get password error then it's definitely a password error.
