I did a trade-in with Samsung but the problem is I am no longer in the country to get it mailed in. They are going to disable the phone because they have not gotten the trade in device. What is the best work around it? My first time ever having this problem.

There's no legitimate way to disable Knox Guard yourself. Contact Samsung's trade-in team ASAP; they may be able to extend the deadline, arrange an alternative return, or charge you the trade-in value instead of locking the phone.
