Shield App Installed and Nothing

Hello all!
So I installed the shield app today no problem, logged in and was brought to the main page and I get this. Nothing! Anything I did wrong? Or does this mean I dont need the shield?

Perfect! I just know I saw the previous posts with the red packages disabled on the front

I still cant get the shield working it says username password incorrect. I do not log in from face book and I have done the required post. I have tmobile. What should I do next?

What username did you use for login to the shield? Cant't find login attempt for you.

This is not true, you are not okay. You have ABD or some other script installed that is hiding your main screen. You need to do a factory re-set or reverse the ABD script
