Hi, I completed all of the steps in Catwomans tutorial on using winrar and odin to flash my firmware. Everything went perfectly but when the phone turned on again I still get the nag screen telling me to power down and submit to the recall. Is this normal? Sprint N7.

Texts or the update?

Not a text, not an update, just the white window that pops up. The one where if you hit "ok" it goes away. I am now charging normally though!

Did you block the various services after you flashed your firmware? I don't know what method you may be using but that's what I did after I did mine and haven't gotten that screen since.
