Bonjour,
Svp, je ne parviens pas à installer l'application Alliance shield sur mon téléphone Samsung A24. Mon soucis est d'installer est l'application et enfin enlever ou désactiver knox, alors Lorsque j'essaie d'utiliser le Qr pour l'installation, j'arrive à un endroit où on me dit <<something went wrong >> et là je ne peux plus avancer pour effectuer l'installation.

Que puis-je faire à se niveau Svp?

I ran into something similar on a Samsung device recently, not with Alliance Shield but with other apps that rely on deeper system permissions. On newer Samsung phones, Knox is a lot stricter, so when an app tries to enroll through QR or request device admin access, it just fails with a vague error.
