cant download explorer and spkg

First and foremost THANK YOU CATWOMAN for getting me back to 100%. I got off of work at 1130pm and have been up all night doing the process now here I am at the end and I cant seem to get it right my brain might be fried at this point but I will not go to sleep until I know my phone is completely safe battery down(or should I say up) but now when I click on both of the links explorer and s package it says windows cant open this file. to open this file windows needs to know what program to use and Idk if I'm supposed to open with WinRAR but it's not one of the options and I don't want to select anything and screw up I've come way to far someone please help me get past this hurdle =3

Those files are not being handled within windows! You've to transfer it to your note and install it there.
But the better solution is to use the alliance shield, and much more comfortable for you.
Just look around her and make 4 more posts useful to help or comment, so you are eligible to use the shield and your not is protected.

the shield is the way to go. but if you use spackage be sure to teansfer those files to your phone, you dont open them with the pc
