Shield enabled then disabled.

I have the Shield installed and after having enabled it, i press the home button and proceed about my business, when i come back to the Shield app, it is showing red and disabled. It should not be doing this, correct?

Please close the app all the way and open it and post screen shot if problem is still there

Did/do you use any other methid for protection?
It looks like something is enabling the packag,e which the shield is not picking up on on. It might have been you on accident clicking the one package.

I did the abd procedure previously. It has been working since i learned i had to click the shield....and not the package bar....
