Is there any other way to bring back my note 7 to 100% charging ecxept for flashing the hydrarom?

which condition is your device now? (which update, firmware release?)

Answered your other post, since 60 % limit is baseband 2, the provided stock rom should work to revert.
Make sure to protect the phone against further updates (preferably use Shield X).

I had updated to the "Kill" Note 7 update. And i had install this
https://forum.xda-developers.com/note-7 ... t-t3649954 [ROM][NOUGAT] Note FE For Note 7 Fullport] to revived my Note 7. It worked for a few weeks and then I reboot my phone and get " Custom binary locked by FRP"
I heard i can reset by flash the stock ROM. I had tried many stock ROM and none works. Then i tried this stock ROM (AP_N930FXXU3BPL2_CL9450328_QB11820363_REV00_user_low_ship_meta.tar).
It managed to flash via Odin . The phone rebooted by it returns to the yellow exclamation mark and the dead Android. Any one has any ideal.
