"NO CHARGE" update on phone, a way to remove?

Hello I was trying to get a new Note 8 with my Note 7 through their promotion. I reset my Note 7 then realized I had to pay the remaining amount for it AND pay full for the Note 8. I decided to keep my Note 7 and started it up, whether it automatically did the update or not, my phone can no longer charge and is sitting around less than 15%. AT&T (SM-N930A) Anything I can do? Thank You!

im having the same problem how do i uninstall the update
