So lately I've been having some issuse with connecting my note 7 to wireless headset or car via bluetooth, a battery with a question mark pops up on the notifications bar and a progression bar.....it takes too long to connect to my car and when i try to connect it to my bluetooth headset it does the samething but the majority of the time it won't connect to the headset... and when is does connect its not for too long before it disconnects and says "cannot connect". Now the problem with my wifi is that it keeps turning on by itself, if i walk up to any place that has wifi it turns on the wifi on my phone automatically....weird.... all of this started about a month ago......can anyone help?

Are the devices you're trying to pair it with supportive of Bluetooth 4.0?

The bluetooth issue is strange, not sure how to resolve that other than deleting and re-pairing the device.. The phones now come with the ability to turn wi-fi on and off based on your location and available networks. I know the S8 has the feature set so that it only turns on for locations that you go to frequently, but I can't find that setting on my Note. Try the 'google settings' app.. I know google asks you in the setup T&C whether you want to allow the device to control wifi whether it's switched on or off, so that would be where I'd start digging.. It could be that it's a Hotspot 2.0 issue, but I'm not that familiar with whether or not that can turn it on/off completely
