I have downloaded the new shield on my S8 plus, but during activation only the Device Admin and Samsung Knox are in the on position. When i click on the Shield v3 Method i get "This method needs to be setup via a computer or on a new device" I went thru instructions on the computer for this but the APP Installer program never recognized my device for me to select. Any suggestions?

Ok I went back thru it, I got the Shield to turn green but 1 of the 3 packages has a green box inside the red box. The other 2 boxes are red.

What method is turned on in the Admin screen?
