Recover from 60% battery

I cant get the Samsung smart switch to back up my phone. I downloaded the version from this website. It will let me transfer manual and I don't have the OE cable but the cable I have doesn't give me any error messages. I think this process may be over my head can you do it for me remotely? I will pay for the service. I am on Verizon

can anyone confirm that shield will work on Note 5?

The reason I am asking is because I have a new Note 5, and the adb debloater tool does not work with latest security patch (MM 6.01)

install verizon software assistant and run the software repair
