Screen overlay issues

I am running a v2 note 7 (green battery) on sprint with shield v2 installed. Everything is working fine except I can't change permissions on the majority of my apps because of the screen overlay is turned on...however every app is disabled, with the exception of system apps because I didn't know which ones to disable. As an example, any app I wish to share photos with (Facebook, hangouts, Instagram, ect) require permission changes but I can't because an app with screen overlay is on... but all the apps are disabled and I make sure to close out all apps before attemtping to change permissions. Can anyone help?

Can you post a picture of the all system apps that use screen overlay?

use Alliance Shield X instead. you don't have to worry about the screen overlay. :)

Dear I have same problem basically that occurred when a rootexplorer or antivirus or ram cleaner programme installed from playstore so look which programme u have installed from these capabilities just uninstall it by first clearing it's cache and data then restart your phone and you are good to go

I was running ez file explorer, ill see if that helps. As a work around I've been booting into safe mode to change permissions.

If you go to settings>Apps and then under the 3 dots menu, there is an option of "apps that appear on top". If you disable those, then the permissions will be possible to change.

Of the apps that should have authorization to appear on top, it doesn't seem to matter if you allow or don't allow. Only things like text previews and other pop-ups notifications seem to be affected. So I would just leave them all off and see what happens.
