note 7 canada 15% battery max

Hi,
My phone got updated by the carrier and now only charges up to 15% and everything has been turned off so no more signal to network.

Go thru the checklist and follow the instructions. I am sure that you can roll back your ROM's and install Shield v2 or 3. You will get back to 100% functionality

Do you have a link to where it will let me load an old ROM? I can't seem to find it.

We have a rom to downgrade canadian models too, but this won't work if you're already hit with a baseband 3 firmware.
