Does this Alliance V2 work like the package disabler? Also is there another package disabler that will work with the note 7. I'm curious how they got all the app makers not to support the note 7. Does anyone know why the original package disabler stopped working?

I wanted to ask same question to anyone who know about this..... This Alliance V2 can support Note 7?

v2 only stops updates. If installed correctly v3 will stop updates and manage packages.

Not sure if you ever noticed that the package disablers said they only worked for Samsung. That is because they were using Samsung KNOX to block packages. Samsung pulled the license for KNOX to work on all Note 7's, so they all stopped working roughly the same time.

I know it's a shot in the dark, but once the package disabler stopped working my wifi-tether from SVTP also stopped working. Maybe this will fix that also..

I have one more question, I have note 7 verizon and I am trying to install V2 .... but instruction on main index is little bit confused
there are two instruction, since my phone is verizon and I must follow " AT&T + Verion only" download samsung smart switch and N7 update blocker right? am I correct ? (meaning I don't need installation of V2 application) please confirm on this if anyone know about this

The method descibed in "AT&T + Verion only" is a completely different one, since it works with ADB and a script. It is described here as an alternative method for those who have the AT&T or Verizon models, and only working there.

The shield V2 can be used with all models, so this method universal.

So it's up to you, which method to choose. It's NOT recommended to do both.

However, you may find the shield V2 easier to use.

Also we just released version 0.4.0 of Alliance Shiled v3. It can do what v2 does. So now you have the option of using the v3 method, or the v2 method from one app. 0.4.0 is SLOWLY being released to all v3 users. Install it the Shield v3 and if it is not version 0.4.0 let me know and I will ensure you get it.

im having a hard time finding any of these. Could someone help
