New EULA for SDK - might cause use problems

@aztek @Catwoman @beowulf381 @nfamouzprincezz I signed into the SEAP Samsung site to check on the APN API and I had to agree to a new EULA. Some concerning areas
Can't be on a Blog or other channel generally available to the public. I know this one always was grey for us because we require a login but I think they added blog this time. Can't override or disable SAMSUNG implemented systems software.
Not a problem but now we know how they are blocking it. They look at the IMEI
This is more for the idiot rebels who hard code their key.
I think we should go ahead with the Alliance Shield X (codename v3), what are your thoughts? I am bringing this up as a just in case thing.
