Note 7 error

I am using rom N930FXXU1APG7 but when the screen off and up do not pull the status bar down, turn off the screen to re-enable it.

I believe that when the phone is locked he cant access the notification bar when swiping down.

Do you have any other package disabler active on your phone ?
