How can I use S Health on Note 7

My Note 7 will not allow me to use S Health.
I have a problem with Knox since day one.
Knox is also the reason for S Health not working.
Did anyone solve this?

Dnt think it has anything to do with carrier. But i use n930v on my home network in nigeria
