Having a issue login into the Alliance Shield V2 app. I receive "Username/password incorrect" immediately after hitting the login button followed by the "checking ..." popup. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but nothing seems to work. Any help resolving the issue would be greatly appreciated!

Yes. That was the issue. Shield up! Shield up! My site password was only 6 characters. My site password was only 6 characters and it looks like the Shield V2 app requires a longer password before it even connects and validates the username/password combo. Thanks for your help ad great work!!!
