Cannot Connect to Web Using Straight Talk- Note 7

I switched to Straight Talk from Verizon and it's been great, but does anyone know the settings I need to use to be able to connect to towers when there isn't wi-fi around? I messed up my settings and have no clue how to make it right. I've tried for days, but I give up! Every time I'm out and go to post something, I can't connect, but my son's S5 that is also on StraightTalk connects beautifully. So, I know I screwed it up.
Thank you! I asked on FB, but didn't get help and couldn't access this page until now. (laptop issue -- storm here)

Ok are you havinga wifi issue or a mobile internet issue because a wifi tower... I am guessing you mean a wifi router connected to you home internet. Or are you having a data connection issue.. as in connecting to Straight Talk internet service?
Taking a gues you mean straight talk mobile internet and not wifi then you probably just have to adjust some settings is all

Try changing your APN to vzwinternet

open your Son's APN settings and copy his onto your phone.

Your APN should say something like Trac phone., try checking that

I talked to her on Facebook Messenger. Her problem is resolved. she did not have the right band setting. She put CDMA.
