This Works for All Carriers
Tools you will need:

-USB Type "C" Cable
-Note 7
Files to download to your PC:
-Solid Explorer
Prepare your PC:
-Download the Solid Explorer apk to your PC and remember where it is.
Prepare your Note 7:
-Place your phone on airplane mode.
OR
-Turn off Wi-Fi and take out the SIM and SD card out of the Note 7.
Video Tutorial:
Block The Update:
-Connect your Note 7 to your PC via USB Type C Cable and wait for it to make a connection.
-On your PC, move the Solid Explorer apk into your phone. You can put it in any folder that you want. As long as you know where to locate it.
-On your Note 7 go to Apps---> My Files---> locate Solid_Explorer2.2.2.apk and install it to your phone
-On the Solid Explorer App, go to the top left hand side of the screen. Tap on the Settings menu which the icon looks like 3 horizontal lines.
-A vertical tab will appear from the left. Tap on the small gear icon that is at the top.
-Scroll down and check off the box that says Show root storage
-Go back and click on the Settings menu and a lock icon will appear called Root and tap on that storage.
We will now install the packages that causes the OTA Samsung Update to download and install. By Installing these files, it will bring them out of your root folder and make them useless.
Depending on your carrier, you will not have all of these packages. That is okay, you are still protected.
-Go to System---> priv-app---> SOAgent---> click on the file SOAgent.apk and open file using Package Installer
-Go to System---> priv-app---> FotaAgent---> click on the file FotaAgent.apk and open file using Package Installer
-Go to System---> priv-app---> wssyncmldm---> click on the file wssyncmldm.apk and open file using Package Installer

You may now exit the program, turn off Airplane Mode OR Turn on Wi-Fi and place the SIM and SD Card back into your Note 7. The update process will try to run but it will fail. It will stop trying after about the 4th time. Enjoy!
