I guess if you got the kill update on AT&T then we have to just give up our phone. Very Sad.

Is this true? I've not had a chance to attempt even reversing charge %. But sounds like it may be a failed mission for AT&T owners?
I'll hang on until my pixel gets here....that's the 12th-13th. I was really hoping to just return the package when it got to me or cancel my order before it shipped because my note 7 was fine. Bummer. Real bummer this is turning out to be. My frustration grows every time we lose a note.

From everything I've read I don't think you can roll that back unless you do a factory reset

Attempted Factory reset - Attempted just the AP file, attempted all the files, attempted doing voodoo and so on.

This looks to be a lost cause at the moment, lucky my dad had a back up Phone to use so the phone is at 55% so hopefully someone finds something.

Did this fix the kill update? Also I'm concerned doing this myself is there a way to 2 day ship my phone to someone and pay them to get the kill update off. I'm just not very confident currently and I'd like to keep using my note 7. Got the update yesterday. Cut it off at 55 percent and now on my note 3 researching options.

We're working on a solution for the AT&T model. It looks like the patch the sent with the updated firmware doesn't allow to roll back to start(100% battery) to the PHE firmware we currently have. Were not giving up, we just are trying several different things. If we have success y'all will definitely be the first place I hit with that info. Goonies never say die.

Cool, thanks. Yeah that's what we were thinking. We came across it last night, but couldn't remember exactly.

Yeah, the 60% firmware is able to roll back. So far we are having some hiccups trying to roll back the 0% update that hit yesterday. I'm glad you're able to sort out the 60% update. Keep them sheilds up! [emoji4]

So, we're still waiting on firmware to test. But,you still can use your phone if you have a portable battery pack. The phone still runs with power, just doesn't charge. I'm not sure if some of you have thought of this already or seen it on the Facebook page. I just wanted to keep yall in the loop.
